What is Asahimas Certified Processors (ACP) ?
ACP are well-qualified and experienced independent glass processors who have been certified to handle and process Asahimas high-performance glass products. They have full capabilities for heat-treating, laminating, insulating, silk-screening, and additional glass processing options

Along with the development of glass processing technology, Asahimas has provided full support for ACP regarding the increase in knowledge of the latest technology and how to practice it.
- Upon completion of the ACP program, ACP is able to provide high quality processed glass based on international standard.
- ACP has undergone a series of education for high quality glass processing, especially magnetron coating products.
- Training & Education is provided from competent and experienced experts not only from Asahimas, but also from AGC Group, to ensure that ACP could deliver high quality processed glass
- Asahimas will conduct re-assessment for each ACP periodically to ensure ACP’s consistency in glass processing quality.
Asahimas Certified Processors (ACP) Star Rating System
ACP Star Rating System is fully based on processor's capability to process Asahimas high-quality product. Our product range expand from 0Ag (Non-Silver coated), 1Ag (Single Silver Coated), and 2Ag (Double Silver Coated).

ACP Star Rating consist of Silver and Gold Level. Silver is given to ACP along their strong effort and willingness to always develop until reach Good Total Quality Management System. While ACP will be awarded Gold after hardwork, commitment, and investment to seize Excellent until Outstanding Total Quality Management System. Total Quality Management System is a whole value of Glass Processing Capability, Safety Awareness, 5S Control, and HR Capability.
Each star rating takes an average of 1 year to complete. Star rating achievers receive a tangible star, which is often attached to the ACP Certificate.
