According to the principles of Good Corporate Governance and Code of Conduct, we herewith would like to inform you that all members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors, Staffs, and Employees of PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk (the “Company”) are committed to not accept and/or request any gifts or parcels in any kind of form and chance from business partners, customers, suppliers and other parties who have business relationship with the Company.

Asahimas has also set up a complaint channel via telephone, fax, email or SMS/WA, if there are violations related to the above. This  channel is managed by an independent party in collaboration with Asahimas. Those channels are:
