This disclosure is in the context of fulfilling Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and Transactions with Conflicts of Interest (hereinafter referred to as POJK 42/2020) and Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material Transactions and Changes in Main Business Activities (POJK 17/2020). In connection with the signing of an agreement with the contractor to carry out the A1 Production Line Repair and Power Receiver Distribution Renovation at the Sidoarjo Plant (hereinafter referred to as "A1 Cold Repair"), most of the work will be carried out by AGC Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ATSC") and AGC Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "AGC").

The Company has not made other transaction since the IPO
